Description
This intermediate level course is for program managers and others interested in and responsible for data collection, analysis and impact measurement.

Anecdotally, we know that preserving racially and economically diverse communities through housing has a long-lasting impact on its residents. However, organizations that work to make these communities a reality often struggle to communicate their local impact. More often than not, organizations communicate impact by sharing outputs, such as number of homes built or families served, but fall short of demonstrating the human impact. This course will discuss strategies to craft data-driven narratives to measure outcomes and influence decision-makers.
