On September 26, Freddie Mac announced its Community Land Trust mortgage offering and issued updated flexibilities for mortgages secured by properties subject to resale restrictions. This offering and updates are designed to help shared equity stewards preserve affordability over time, keep affordable homes in your inventory and facilitate coordination with lenders so you can help homeowners who may have fallen behind on their mortgage payments. Come learn more about Freddie Mac’s Community Land Trust mortgage and how you can leverage it to build effective lending partnerships. This course will be led by Freddie Mac's experts and its customer education team. This intermediate-level session is for municipal and nonprofit practitioners who work with lenders and homebuyers.
