Permanently affordable housing programs make two critical promises: (1) homes will be affordable over time and (2) homeowners will build wealth. Monitoring, compliance and stewardship activities are how programs make good on these promises. This TWO DAY, intermediate-level course reviews the contractual mandates and organizational mechanisms of stewardship. It will cover both pre- and post-purchase stewardship.
