Drawing upon more than 35 years of expertise, staff from the Urban Homesteading Assistance Board (UHAB) will illustrate the history of affordable cooperative housing conversion and development in New York City. The session will cover financing and other details about how UHAB has worked with the City to find creative avenues of co-op development such as recent projects through the city's inclusionary zoning program.
