City-CLT Partnership in Sonoma Wine Country: Housing Land Trust has partnered with cities throughout Sonoma County to create permanently affordable homes. An example we will tour is in the City of Petaluma where workforce housing was built through the inclusionary zoning ordinance. Meet families and tour homes at the  200 unit subdivision of Southgate, where 26 homes have been set aside for the land trust making it possible to own a home in this high priced area. We will then stop at our next project breaking ground for 199 units, with 25 set aside for the land trust. The visit will culminate at the world famous Lagunitas Brewing Company to relax with beer tastings and a tour. Lunch will be provided on the bus on the way to Sonoma.
