Christopher Ptomey leads Habitat for Humanity International’s US government relations and advocacy team, focusing on improving federal, state, and local housing policies and systems in the US. Before joining Habitat in 2006, Christopher spent 5 years as federal liaison for the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, and previously served 5 years as a senior legislative aide to U.S. Rep. Mac Collins (GA). Christopher lives in Arlington, VA, and is licensed to practice law in his native state of Tennessee.
