Olivia recently completed her PhD at Florida State University in Geography. She has been involved in research on CLTs in Minnesota for the last 3 years. Primarily using qualitative (interview and observation) research methods, she has focused on questions of CLT governance, resident participation, community control, and how CLTs interact with other organizations, state and municipal offices, and funders. She is now teaching Environmental Studies courses at Augustana College in Rock Island, IL.
