This course’s content will be based on the needs and interests of the registered participants. Once you have registered, you will be sent a survey to better understand your skills and training interests.
This hands-on training will focus on basic HomeKeeper functionality and tasks, to help you become a more confident and competent HomeKeeper user. You’ll see and practice the many ways that HomeKeeper can improve efficiency and increase capacity for homeownership and housing counseling programs. (Advanced users of HomeKeeper can sign up for an hour 1-on-1 with our staff – stay tuned.)
 
This training will share tools and tips on:
- customizing HomeKeeper to better suit your program
- creating Salesforce Reports and Dashboards with confidence
- completing data entry to roll-up to the National Data HUB
- learning to use Lightning, the new user interface
