Ken’yale Demus is from the Lexington Community Land Trust in Lexington, Kentucky. She is a recent graduate from Transylvania University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. She served on the board back home as the Secretary and is currently an Ambassador for Grounded Solutions Network. She became the youngest homeowner within the Lexington Community Land Trust alongside her Father Kenneth Demus Sr. and continues to build that legacy. She’s presented for the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute in Washington D.C. giving her testimony on the importance of being an Millennial Homeowner. Currently, she resides in Nashville, Tennessee working for a Fleetcor Company
