National Training Manager, Customer Education Services
Tom Ward is a National Training Manager, Customer Education Services in Freddie Mac's Single Family Strategic Delivery organization. In this capacity, Tom is responsible for the design, development and delivery of customer training supporting the implementation and integration of strategic change initiatives. He is also a coach/ mentor for new trainers.
Tom has more than 30 years of mortgage industry experience in originating and servicing single-family loans. His credits include workshops, webinars, tutorials and several train-the-trainer programs for Loan Protector, Home Affordable Modification Program, Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset, Home Possible and CreditSmart.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Elmhurst College (Illinois) and a Master of Science in Education from Indiana University.
