Rhoda J. Stauffer manages the affordable housing programs for Park City Municipal Corporation, a resort town of 7,885 that has an economy based on welcoming up to 50,000 guests in ski season. Park City has an inclusionary housing program that has produced 275 units to date. Prior to joining the City, she spent 25 years working with local, regional and national nonprofit organizations to design programs, advise on organizational development and design and finance affordable housing programs.
