During this session, speakers and participants will take stock of the historic and current national legislation, regulation, and litigation that relates to fair housing and lending.  This will include addressing recent challenges to affirmatively furthering fair housing, disparate impact, enforcement, and consumer protections. Participants will also actively engage in a timeline mapping exercise to explore how racism has been institutionalized in U.S. housing policy.
