Description
In recent years, there has been plenty of buzz around community land trusts as a solution to gentrification in hot markets, but how do we ensure that housing with lasting affordability gets the credit that it deserves as an option in all markets? This session will feature residents and board members explaining why lasting affordability works for each of them personally, as well as why and how their programs work within their communities. Panelists will share their experiences and offer strategies for making lasting affordability a part of the housing market in communities across the country.
