In this session, we will discuss  ways that inclusionary policies and CLT programs can work together to increase a community's affordable housing stock and make sure that it remains affordable in perpetuity. Hear various perspectives on how these partnerships have been implemented and ideas for how to move a similar partnership forward in your community.
